This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the principles and standards all suppliers are expected to adhere to as part of our collaborative effort to power the future sustainably.
1. Labor Standards
Suppliers must uphold the highest standards of labor practices. This includes ensuring that their employees are treated with dignity and respect, providing fair wages, adhering to legal working hours, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
2. Child Labor and Forced Labor
Suppliers must not engage in or support the use of child labor or forced labor. All work must be voluntary, and employees must be of legal working age as per local laws and international standards.

Suppliers must adhere to high-quality standards in the production of goods and services. Products must meet safety and performance requirements, and suppliers are expected to have quality control measures in place.
8. Continuous Improvement
Suppliers are encouraged to continuously assess and improve their social and environmental performance. Collaboration with Antora in setting and achieving sustainability goals is appreciated.
9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Suppliers must respect and protect the intellectual property and confidential information of Antora Energy. Any access to proprietary information must be limited to what is necessary for the fulfillment of the agreed-upon services.
10. Conflict of Interest
Suppliers must avoid situations that could give rise to a conflict of interest. They should promptly disclose any potential conflicts and work with Antora Energy to address and resolve such situations.
